Our team developed and patented an experimental stand for multidisciplinary research in the field of vacuum dehydration in a wide range of pressures. The design of the stand allows you to carry out experiments on dehydration at pressures above and below the pressure of the triple point of water.

Accumu extensive data on heat and mass transfer processes, modes of freezing and drying, storage life, indicators of quality dry food.

The objects of our research are meat and meat products, fish and fish products, fruits, vegetables, berries, juice and puree them, cereal plants, milk and dairy products, gluten, protein preparations, prepared meals (soups, dumplings, etc.) and many other objects.

The members of our team developed and implemented:
• technology and equipment to dry royal jelly;
• technology and equipment for freeze-drying endocrine-enzyme raw materials animals (pigs, cows, reindeer) for later use in the manufacture of medical products;
• technology and equipment for freeze-drying the juice of papaya fruit (there is an experience of creation of such production in Ecuador);
• technology and equipment for freeze-drying mare’s milk for later use in baby foods;
• technology and equipment for freeze-drying of high culinary readiness – the first and second dishes: borsches, soups, goulashes, etc.
• technology and equipment for freeze-drying of fruits and vegetables (have experience in creating production in Borovsk where the installation was used, developed by our team under the leadership of Gluhman V.N.)
